#### How much does NexPay cost?

The platform is completely free. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no minimum commitments. You only pay a small fee when you actually send a payment. The fee varies depending on the payment route, currency, and method.

#### Why not just use my bank?

Banks typically charge higher margins on the exchange rate, add correspondent banking fees, and take 3–5 business days. There is no dedicated person tracking your payment or reconciling it for you. With NexPay, you get a better rate, faster delivery, and someone who actually watches the payment from start to finish.

#### Is NexPay cheaper than Wise?

It is a different model. Wise is a self-service platform — great for personal transfers. NexPay is purpose-built for education payments: you get a dedicated specialist, compliance workflows designed for tuition, and reconciliation built in. If you are paying school fees, you are not just sending money — you need someone who knows the process.

#### Are there hidden NexPay fees?

No. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no lifting charges from NexPay. Your NexPay fee, FX rate, and payment amount are shown before you confirm — on every payment. Third-party bank, card, intermediary or receiving bank fees may still apply depending on the payment method and route.

#### Do I need a minimum volume?

No. There are no volume commitments and no lock-in contracts — send one payment or a hundred, the service is the same. Individual payments do have a small minimum amount that varies by currency and route, shown when you create the payment.
