#### How long does a tuition or rent payment take?

It depends on how you pay. Bank transfers and PIX usually arrive within one business day. Card payments take around five business days to settle. Either way, you won't be left wondering — you'll get real-time updates at every step, and someone from our team is on the line if anything looks off. Same speed whether you're paying tuition, bond, or accommodation rent.

#### Can I use NexPay for student accommodation rent and bond?

Yes. The same platform handles tuition, holding deposits, bond, and recurring rent. Pay your school for tuition and your PBSA, university housing, or homestay for accommodation — all in your local currency, all auto-tracked.

#### What if my child changes accommodation or our visa is rejected?

Holding deposits and bonds are refundable through NexPay if the booking falls through. Refunds are issued back in your original currency, to the original payer, with the audit trail your finance team needs. Your account manager can walk you through the specific provider's refund policy.

#### What exchange rate will I get?

We source rates from major Australian banks and show you the exact exchange rate, fee, and total cost before you confirm. Yes. We already have your school's verified bank details on file — you don't need to worry about getting account numbers right. We verify every payment personally before it's sent. NexPay is registered with AUSTRAC as a remittance service provider, and your funds are held in segregated trust accounts, completely separate from ours, until they reach your school.

#### Can I split my tuition into multiple payments?

Yes. NexPay supports recurring and scheduled payments.
