#### Does NexPay handle holding deposits, bonds, and rent?

Yes. The whole pre-arrival to move-in journey runs through one platform — holding deposit when the offer goes out, bond when the lease is signed, and rent once they move in. Every payment reconciles against the same booking record, so there's no juggling separate invoices or trying to match a bond paid in February to a booking made in November. (Automated recurring rent schedules are coming soon — for now each rent charge is initiated by you.)

#### What happens if a student visa is rejected and we need to refund the holding deposit?

NexPay processes visa-rejection refunds in the original currency, back to the original payer, with the audit trail your finance team needs. Full, partial, or bulk refunds — handled through the dashboard or API. Your account manager can walk through your specific provider policy.

For now you can send rent payment links to hundreds of residents at once, in a single batch from the dashboard or via your PMS (StarRez, Yardi, RealPage) or the REST API. You initiate each run, and payments settle into your operating account as residents pay.

#### Do we need to integrate with our PMS to use NexPay?

No. The dashboard handles invoicing, rent collection, refunds, and reconciliation end-to-end without an engineer. If you do have a PMS like StarRez, Yardi, or RealPage, the REST API connects directly — most providers start on the dashboard and add the integration later.
